Anything New on 910 WPFB

Its remains dark and for sale. But they are being very picky on who they will sell it too, and it is very overpriced. A dark station is worth very little in my experience. They need to get realistic.

This has been such a joke! Unless they drop the price it will never be sold...The least they can do is LMA it to someone who has enough money and managerial experience to make it a viable community station and make just a little reasonable rent money off of the LMAer while striving to reintroduce and promote AM 910 to the local communuty...try to eventually purchase it from NKU for a realistic price, then apply for an FM translator (as did WPTW in Piqua did recently.)

Or donate it to Radio Maria for its listeners in the southern Dayton area who cant pick it up on AM 1600 in Springfield and get the benefit of a tax write-off for NKU if such exists.

I heard it on the air today from the Dayton Hamvention, and 910AM had "Little Steven's Underground Garage" rock music! It was just like SXM Ch 21. I waited for a station ID and they said something like 89.7FM, but no mention of the AM call-letters or frequency. Anybody else confirm it?
