A tentative community NCE broadcaster I'm working with is pursuing a project in which they need to find someone in the area who knows how to install antennas. Any info appreciated. Thanks!

Ha, funny. Seriously, you should check with the local SBE chapter. There are plenty of riggers in SOCAL.
