Prisa no longer controls the assets and acquisitions of the former Televisa Radio group. It's now the Miguel Alemán group calling the shots.

On July 17, 2019, Televisa announced the sale of its 50 percent share in Sistemas Radiópolis, S.A. de C.V., to companies controlled by Miguel Alemán Magnani
