Hey Ryan, help an old Houstonians jog one of the few remaining brain cells remaining. Wasn't there a 93-3 facility operating just south of DT Dallas back 30 years ago or so?

93.3 KRSM was the 10 watt Class D student operation of St. Mark's private school near Royal Lane and Preston in the Preston Hollow area of Dallas. The station signed on in 1975 at 88.5, but moved to 93.3 in 1986 in anticipation of KEOM's upgrade from 88.3 to 88.5. Unable to find a new frequency with the impending arrival of the 93.3 licensed to Haltom City, KRSM went dark in 1995.
If you really want to dig deep in the history of the 93.3 frequency, you'll find it was first licensed in Fort Worth as a construction permit to the Fort Worth Baptist Theological Seminary as a 10 watt operation in 1948 as KSWW. The seminary was never able to get the station on the air, and the permit was deleted in 1949.
Might have been a change in direction for the station. If I recall correctly, the move would have improved Dallas coverage and coverage north of town slightly while harming Fort Worth coverage.
