Stolz is now appealing the decision to a higher court:

He's also challenging the license transfer at the FCC. But he's never had any luck there.

The San Francisco station is a horribly limited signal. The one that claims to be Palm Springs is actually only a decent signal over the farmlands way to the east of that city (although it does have translators). And Vegas is so over-radioed that one more or less does not matter.

When I lived in the Bay Area many Moons ago, 92.7 was KJAZ, a station that lots of folks couldn't do without.
