90.3fm signal in and around Baltimore

Recently visited Catonsville today and heard a station on 90.3 simulcasting WHCR from New York. Playing reggae and other Caribbean music.

Signal was actually pretty steady minus some static from WCSP's HD.

No, they're on 90.5FM. This station is on 90.3

Most likely a pirate. There are a couple licensed stations in the area, but both are religious, and one is in Salisbury, which is likely too far away to be received.

Google leads me to a station dubbed "Wild Out Radio" on 90.3, so def a pirate. Lists the WHCR reggae show on Sundays.

I have not heard that Wild Out Radio in several weeks now on FM.
