Anyone heard audio coming thru either of these signals in SD? The other day I heard a Stevie Wonder CD being tracked.. space between the cuts and all. Then it just disappeared. A test? Pirate?
 
I know there was a pirate on 106.9 for a while. I couldn't pick it up where I live so I don't know if it's still on the air. could it have been someone with an FM transmitter in their car?
