I’m curious about WVFC it’s mobile home studios are now a paved paradise where JLG has put in a parking lot. I just wonder the basics like how long was it on the air, the station experience itself anything.
 
I remember it went on the air in the early 1970's, so just shy of a 30 year history in McConnellsburg until moving to the Philly area.
 
They went off of 1530 in mcconnellsburg around the end of 2005 or early 2006 and moved to King of prussia on 1180. They changed calls to WFYL sometime before moving. Their last transmitter site in mcconnellsburg was right beside the Fulton county fairgrounds, about a 1/4 mile north of the original site.
