Jay West will join Max Media’s on-air staff Monday, January 13th on 92.9 The WAVE. Jay will host afternoons from 3pm-7pm Monday – Friday.

“We at Max Media are more than thrilled to have Jay join our team. He’s a talented and passionate radio guy through and through,” remarked Keith Barton, VP/GM of Max Media Hampton Roads.

Jay has been on the radio in Hampton Roads weekday afternoons since the mid90s. Prior to that, he hosted radio shows in Philadelphia, Houston, Buffalo and Milwaukee to name a few. Originally from Chicago, he calls the “757” home. Jay and his wife reside in Virginia Beach with a Doberman named Bentley.
