WTOW-AM 1320 Station Still off the Air; Towers

Does anyone know if WTOW-AM has any intentions of coming back on the air? The tower has been dark for a while.

The owner passed away shortly after they lost the transmitter site for 1340 WOOW Greenville. Neither station has any plans to return that I'm aware of.

The WTOW tower is not registered, so it is most likely under 200' and therefore, lighting is not required.

It's interesting that they filed for silent status for WTOW, but didn't for for WOOW in Greenville and they lost their tower site.
