WSBK freezing up/pixelating

I have Comcast and occasionally WSBK will air CBS programming when it's being pre-empted on WBZ, such as today. But I've noticed that when this happens, I seem to get a choppy signal on WSBK. I went onto MyTV38's Facebook page and it seems like some other people are experiencing this, too. Has anyone here noticed the same thing?
