Would Toledo ever get a jack-Fm station?

JACK is only viable when there's a hole, or a weak station.

Toledo has a classic rock (WXKR), an oldies/classic hits (WRQN) and an AC (WRVF) that all do well. The 2 latter are perennial Top 5. Then there's HAC WWWM/STAR 105. It too does well.

No real room for a JACK.
