WLAK New Holstein

From Northpine.com

Can't understand why they would bother spending the money on a daytime signal when they already have a translator.

The FCC approved a move by WLAK/1530 (Chilton) to 1520 following a downgrade by WGKB/1510 (Waukesha). WLAK will upgrade its daytime power from 350 to 550 Watts.

they already have a 1kw transmitter and the owner is an engineer, so this upgrade costs them little to nothing and can potentially get them some peanut whistle night power
