Which NBC Station Is Now Carried in The Maritimes?

When WHDH 7 Boston became an Independent Station, what did Atlantic Canadian cable systems do for NBC coverage? Till recently, all Boston network stations were carried by satellite in the Maritimes: WCVB (ABC), WBZ (CBS), WGBH (PBS) and WFXT (Fox), along with WHDH. I think if you go back several decades, the Maritimes would get their U.S. network signals from Bangor by microwave. But that's probably expensive and unreliable, so when the technology advanced, they started using the Boston stations.

So did the Maritimes switch to a different NBC station? Is it carrying the new NBC Boston O&O WBTS, even though it is on only weak TV signals? Did it drop WHDH, since independent stations are only on more expensive tiers?

The CRTC approved WBTS for carriage and if I remember they revoked WHDH

Checked a few postal codes with Rogers and Eastlink and both carry WBTS but not WHDH
