What AM is This?

Radiotvdeals.com is listing a Vermont AM:

"1KW 24 hour AM with FM translator (currently CP)"

"CP is currently ready to go onto AM tower but has options to cover Rutland, VT"

I'm so far not finding a 1KW AM with a translator CP unbuilt near Rutland. Any ideas?
 
It may be WVNR (1340 kHz) / W242DF (96.3 MHz) in Poultney. After a modification to the translator CP in April, the license to cover was granted on 28 July 2021. Perhaps the RadioTVDeals listing simply wasn't updated.
