WGPA

ascap bmi fees? dunno they were great as music station as they were aor...all over the road and that is meant as a compliment.

Those licensing fees are a big reason why many FM stations have become talkers on top of cutting an FM music air staff. I guess on licensing fees will be for the polka music.

Music on AM is dead D-e-a-d anyway.

WGPA is now running imaging about being something like "The Lehigh Valley's new talk station." So they really seem to be taking this seriously. Seems like the only music during weekdays now is Timmer's Polka show from 11 to 1. I assume weekends are next to become all talk.

one honest suggestion exactly what a consultant would say...if it's talk and a very small sprinkling of music. it is time to ditch the brand of sunny 1100 and use the branding on the website of real talk real people etc.
