WGN TV and See Chicago

I mam not saying I hate See Chicago, but why is WGN TV's keeping the show on its schedule since very rarely new episodes are ever done. I can't recall the last time, and I don't even think once this year that there has been a new episode. Why not just cancel the show, and move up the encore presentation of Man of the People with Pat Tomasulo to 10:30.
