WDEL's new promo announcer

On the promos yesterday I noticed WDEL has a new announcer. Voicewise I think he's a little too young sounding, although deliverywise he's professional enough. How long has he had the job? I liked his predecessor better. Did that one die or retire?
 
More than likely it's someone at another Forever Media office. Forever corporate doesn't like paying outsiders to do things that they can dump on their staff for free.
