Update: Houston Hunt, vice president of marketing for Griffin Communications, said the building was to reopen at noon and broadcasts were to resume as normal. An earlier version of the story appears below.

News on 6 will air statewide from News 9 studios in Oklahoma City after an employee at the Tulsa station reportedly tested positive for COVID-19.

Update KOTV Tulsa's newscasts had to be done in the Oklahoma city offices due to one of the Tulsa staff members being tested positive for COVID-19.

News on 6 will begin broadcasting from Tulsa again on Sunday night.

The News on 6 building was closed for cleaning Saturday evening after a News on 6 employee tested positive for the coronavirus (COVID-19). Employees will be able to re-enter the building and resume broadcasts beginning at 5:30 Sunday.

Broadcasts were temporarily simulcast statewide out of the News 9 studio in Oklahoma City on Saturday night and Sunday morning
