Tower in Haviland

Visited Barclay College over the weekend. Saw a tower with a 4 bay antenna that is close to the Haviland Friends Church. No Tower ID on it I could find. Anyone know what this is?

Our 13 hour trip from Indiana did not prepare me for the number of sand roads and lack of 4 way stops at intersections. I asked someone and they told me that drivers pay more attention so they don't need 4 way stops. They have many intersections with no signs at all.
 
That certainly sounds like Western Kansas LOL.

To be fair, most of those roads get so little traffic the signs would be pointless.
