Torre Latioamerica in Mexico City DF

Can anybody tell me what radio and tv station uses the torre Latinamerica? I know this building is kind of similar to Empire State Building in New York City.

Originally (1970) the GRC stations were all there. The site is relatively low and most FM stations are on the mountains now.
