I could see their studio being deemed as totaled (by the insurance company with the second floor flood damage) and having to move to another site. KIAH's studios are too big for them these days, but it's a convenient SW Houston location near a freeway and it's not along a bayou; I could see Tribune selling their studio building to Tegna and leasing back some space for the master control. Perhaps Tegna would acquire KIAH just for the studio building!
