Steven W. Blood

Looks like Steven W. Blood aka Woody Nelson has made his way to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. His newest venture is called the Mississippi National Golf Foundation, Golf - Mississippi National Golf Foundation Inc. He says his foundation the MNGF is purchasing St. Andrews Golf Club in Ocean Springs, Mississippi and he is soliciting lifetime memberships at $10,000. The only thing is, the true owner of St. Andrews Golf Club says the course hasn't been sold and there is no purchase and sale agreement on the property. The owner says he doesn't know why the MNGF is soliciting for memberships when they don't own the course. Can anyone enlighten me on Steven W. Blood?

How did you find out he's behind this? I briefly, briefly scanned the website and didn't see his name.
