Guess you missed this from the article
WHP Harrisburg, Pennsylvania;
Not all and only ones up.
KRCG is listed as Columbia rather than Jefferson City (Missouri) but it's there.
Also weird that KTVO is listed as Ottumwa, Iowa rather than Kirksville, Missouri, its actual city of license and where it's been based since 1976. CBS on KTVO is actually on a subchannel.
