Not on air yet I think, but talk about cutting it close. WKXW from trenton has a blowtorch signal and is easily still heard in Wilimington. Don't know how the FCC okayed this.
The protected contour of NJ 101.5 stops near Chester PA. As long as W268DH does not interfere north of that town, it is OK. And W268DH's construction permit specifies a directional antenna away from NJ 101.5 to help prevent that.
