As T - Pegs said prior to buying the Bills', I'm wealthy but I'm not printing money.

Why buy a station when it's easier to be an affiliate ( and not to worry about station politics, engineer / tower issues, pay for station expenses )
I'm learning it is easiest to have someone else for the bill, and you just can cash the checks.
