NexGen 101 Problem (Urgent)

We use auto mode throughout the day with pauses for live talksets and newscasts...problem is that the log is pushing the pause back one song. Example: if it is supposed to play between U2 and the Killers, it pushes the pause to behind the Killers.

if anyone has a clue on how to fix this issue...please email me at [email protected]

you may want to try resetting the server one night, we had nexgen installed early this year and had similar problems, we reset the audio server late one night, because dispite what nexgen says it will go off the air when its rebooting... but give that a shot and see if it helps any...

I believe this problem has been resolved in the PSI community forum board.
