Following a nine-week hiatus, NASCAR returns at Darlington Raceway on Sunday, May 17 following the pandemic shutdown. NASCAR has the advantage of its drivers competing alone inside their vehicles. The race will be held without fans but Motor Racing Network will immediately continue its live coverage of NASCAR Cup Series Racing beginning at 2:30pm ET.

I kind of see sports slowly reopening between mid-May to the start of June but thats going to depend on which states the leagues are allowed to have their events though given that not all states can start re-opening until early June.
