mistakes left in!

Bobby Goldsboro flubbed the lyrics in his song "Voodoo Woman." He wrote "You hope that clouds cover up the sky," but on the record it came out something like "You bope clouds that cover up the sky." According to Mr. Goldsboro himself, "It was the best take, so we put it out anyway."
 
Although it was supposedly intentional, some people think the false fade in Suspicious Minds by Elvis was a mistake.

The Beach Boys "I Get Around" in the end fade, someone yells "OK" and some of the artists stop playing.

I seem to recall an album note on Janis Ian's "Society's Child" that she played a wrong guitar chord and it was left in the cut.
