Since I don't have access to Miller Kaplan or BIA data. Can anyone direct me to a resource where can I find annual market revenue (and station revenue)?

Since Jim Duncan stopped publishing American Radio a few years ago, I do not believe that there are any other sources for this data.

Is anyone with access to the data able to post Top 40 market ranks by revenue with approx revenue? (Or even ranks by revenue, without revenue estimate?)
