Majic back on 104.9

KLLT was getting its ass kicked by KPNT since its inception and the gap has gotten even worse over the course of the past year. The flip was inevitable.

KPNT has some of the strongest and most stable ratings of any Alternative in a significant US radio market. If you're gonna swing at them you best not miss. KLLT missed. Badly.

Apparently, Majic is also on 103.7. Guessing that won’t last indefinitely as the two signals originate from the same area (if not the same tower), and the contours are similar. If the simulcast continues, one of those two (probably 103.7) will probably try to move, but I'm guessing 103.7 gets a new format.

iHeart has also requested KMJM-FM for 104.9.

Hearing promos from BJ redirecting listeners back to 104.9 and counting down the days remaining on the translator. Probaby will become BIN next week.

And now after all these years later, Beat and Majic are back home.
