I agree with both David and Glenn, except to add a cautionary note that younger demos are usually the most fickle. So this will be one of those formats that has to be tweaked for the market (as has already been pointed out) and also has to be adjusted to listeners' changing tastes, in much the same way as CHR stations have to constantly adjust.
