I wanted to pass along the sad news that Larry Mecom passed away this past weekend. I know that he worked in a few different markets and stations in Arkansas and Oklahoma over the years....
 
Sad to hear that. He was “Crazy” Larry Mecom on KTHK 94.1 “The Hawk” in Tulsa in the early 90’s. I didn’t know him well, but several of my friends knew him and others worked with him.

He also worked for the old Q102 in Uvalde, TX.
