If I read the application and filing threads correctly I think KZAC-LP is no more.. I think the FCC got tired of all those delays in the move. I am correct?

I also see that the FCC has sent a letter of inquiry to KUGA-LP Sacramento asking for an operational status inquiry - response required. Licensing and Management System
KQPT-LP also received a pretending "D" this week. The now-former LPFM was located in East Sacramento..
There is a 76-page rebuttal regarding KUGA-LP's license cancelation. While lengthy, the photos and backgrounder are interesting. Nothing like strapping an LPFM tower to a tree... Ubuntu Green compiled the comments.
KUGA filed We regret to inform the FCC that UG changed their address and did not update the Commission on that change.
That is their fault for not following the FCC rules on keeping their license contact information updated. So many stations especially LPFM stations have bad contact information on the license.

How is a .05 kW LPFM serving anyone? This is yet another case of people wanting to “play radio” without learning what’s involved before they get started.
