KVCR-FM off the air for tech issues

Just noticed at about 7:50pm on 30 November that KVCR-FM 91.9 San Bernardino Valley College has a carrier but no audio. HD display shows only HD1/KVCR. Maybe a studio power failure or STL difficulty?
