KQED-FM boosters

The FCC has approved KQED-FM's application for three relatively-low power boosters, covering Alamo, Concord, and Pleasanton, all in the East Bay.

The applications cite these communities as being shadowed from the main KQED-FM signal by terrain. I used to work in Pleasanton, and can attest that the KQED-FM signal there is affected by terrain, though it's not altogether absent.
