KNBC to have a 3pm newscast and Nightly news at 3:30

Note this is what KNBC have to replace the Ellen show in September.
Don’t know exact taping schedule but note that WNBC New York airs nightly at 6:30, three time zones away from LA’s 3:30.
NBC is live every night at 6:30 p.m.
CBS is live Mondays-Saturdays at 6:30 p.m., but Sundays at 6:00 p.m.
ABC is live weeknights at 6:30 p.m., and weekends at 6:00 p.m.
Yes that was the point I left out. KNBC is taking a live feed at 3:30. My use of “taping” was incorrect.
Nobody “tapes” any more. Recordings have been video server based for many years now.
Using it as a catch all phrase that’s all
KABC already has a 3PM local and 3:30 National news.
Mediafrog: Also the late show intro on CBS says live or on tape. ??? Heard it last night.
Could have been "live and on tape". Kinda weird thing to announce on the intro, unless there is some sort of FCC law, which I doubt.
