Here's their coverage area courtesy of FCCdata. org. ERP of 48.5 kW, 676 m above average terrain so it seems like a real build. Not even a rimshot to the Salt Lake area but do you suppose they are going to start marching it that way?
 
Based on what I see on Ventura's other stations, they'll fill it up with diginets, many (if not most) of which are already on the air in SLC.
