This s right up your alley, TopHour...

I didn't listen for very long (I'm here in Mpls on a little vacation) but I could swear that KDWB did their legal ID mumble (KDWBFMRichfieldMinneapolisStPaul) at the BOTTOM of the hour during spots.

If I heard correct, is that normal for them? The FCC really doesn't seem to care about that stuff anymore, but it doesn't fulfill the requirements of a Legal ID.

They ID'd during their last stopset of the hour for ages, usually closer to :45ish. (KQRS, conversely, has always ID'd at about :30.) Last few times I listened to KD, they were running their ID at the start of their top of the hour jingle.

Well, in this partcular hour, that was the last stopset, since they went into a music sweep.
