KCPZ-LP Praise 95 back on air

KCPZ-LP Praise 95 in Kansas City is back on with Urban Gospel. However the signal is weaker than before.

Their Facebook page recently said something about a tower move before it was deleted. I suspect they moved, however the FCC shows no license location change. Must be legal though because they're back on.

For anyone wanting to know how it sounds like, here's a clip. Distorted audio with the volume slightly too high for normal FM modulation levels. So it's harder to tune in properly. https://sndup.net/t34s/d

The Silent STA for the station was approved a few days ago. However it has returned to the air since the STA was filed in July, just with different parameters.

I can still hear it, but they submitted the following recently.

"
Hello, We are requesting an extended STA for KCPZ 95.3 at this time. We have attempted to repair equipment that was damaged in a
storm that took us off air. Right now the transmitter has inconsistencies in its power forcing the signal to go on and off the air sporadically.
While we are awaiting the grant of the license assignment, we may need to fully replace the transmitter and or the feed line. We are
requesting an extension of the STA in order to do so.
