KAKP 106.1 LPFM

It is licensed to Sacramento Area Peace Action. The transmitter is showing on a residence on Parks Lane in Carmichael. They do have a CP to relocate to another residence on Carle Lane, Sacramento.
 
Probably still doesn't exist. They lied when they filed a license to cover, and not only was there no signal, the was no tower/pole/antenna at the location. They lied to a federal agency.
Also, that seemingly over-powered 106.1 up in Arnold is going to be a huge problem.

I have seen many of the latest round of LPFM stations file a license to cover but when you go to the site there is nothing there. Many have been taken over by others without FCC authority or knowledge of the original applicant.
