K291CE change of primary station

K291CE 106.1 has filed to change its originating station to KJOZ. I think the translator had been fed from a KAMA HD subchannel with Vision Latina religious programming.

KJOZ has most recently originated La Grande for K283CH 104.5. Just checked and both 880 and 104.5 are transmitting dead air, possibly due to storms in the area today. Once those are back on we can check for any programming changes for one or the other…or both.
 
Radio Vision Latina is still on 104.9 HD4. Seems to be a minute or so behind 880
