I wonder...when will WXXS ever stream again?

I used to watch a now-privatized video of the station's bumpers, and it's got an eclectic mix that's heavy on 10s hits, even those that didn't chart in the Americas. (that's not an FCC violation!) So, I'm wondering why WXXS stopped streaming. The jingles on it come from the 90s, and thanks to that, it's the kind of full-service radio that I'm continuously looking for. Here's a video of the jingles that the creator plans to privatize:




P.S. The last-known time the station streamed was in the early 2010s.
