HD radio returns to WJSU

As of August 8 at 5am, HD radio has returned to WJSU. The HD2 channel is a 1 minute delay of the main channel. They could be launching full time NPR news talk programming on that channel

Now it's gone. I wonder if it was just to prepare for the national FEMA test so all HD radios can see the warning?
 
Minor issue. HD is back on. HD2 will have a permanent format soon. Rebroadcasting the HD1 just to have something on for now.

I think they'll broadcast either of the following:
Full-time NPR news talk
AAA
JSU TV simulcast
