Gray to launch Arizona's Family Sports and Entertainment Network on KPHE

They may have to move the weather to a KPHE sub, as they still have a contract with Cox to carry it, which is separate from the one to carry KPHE 44.1 on 13. But, an LPTV subchannel and streaming does make sense for just a weather sub.
