Former WATR talk host Ed Flynn RIP

WATR has reported on Facebook that Ed Flynn has died at the age of 90. Ed worked at WATR for more than 25 years, mostly as the mid-day talk host, and then in semi-retirement as the Saturday morning jazz host.

Ed worked at several other stations during his 60-year career: WAVZ, WELI, WICC, WWCO, WMMW and WTIC. Ed also served as program director at WWCO and WATR.
