Before you lambaste me, YES I know it's not J-P anymore... I just can't bring myself to use their new name.

Anyway, just thought I'd mention that management has hired a callout research firm to do in-demo research for KBZT, KSON & ... what's that third one again? ;D I just spent 20 minutes on the phone with one of their people. Time for the old polish 'n shine...
