Can someone explain the difference between F Code and G Code on towers. If an analysis is done for tower loading, which is the stricter code between the two?

Anyone have an answer?
Another diff between F & G we discovered recently was the cost to upgrade a big tower to the G compaired to the F. About 3-times more.
