What's the rollout plan for the CBS Radio stations? I only knows that WCBS NY, WJMK and WUSN Chicago are in HD 2. But what about the other CBS stations?

It'll be K-Rock 2, which was started as an Internet stream after K-Rock switched away from Alternative. So yes, it's actually produced in NY.
