CBS Audimax II

I was just given one of these things. Seems to be in great shape, but it is missing a tube. Anyone have a manual or schematic they'd like to share/part with??

I have an Audimax III 444 manual but it shows no tubes at all. The only similar to a tube in it is a 8056 Nuvistor in the logic circuit. They must have made the III all "solid state".

Yes, the II is all tube. Here is a great link to a CBS processor fan...

And... I see he has a poorly-copied but nonetheless mostly legible Audimax II schematic. I would still like a cleaner one or a manual.

That's a great link, Phil. Thanks for digging that one up. The "Max Brothers" were the first solid state processors I ever deal with and that was back in 1975!

Hard to believe in this crowd, no one knows anything about the old CBS Audimax II.
Any suggestions as to another board where I could ask??
